Selection Partners

Selection Partners was founded in 2000 with a mission to help people transform their lives by creating career opportunities aboard leading cruise lines. Today, it stands as the only agency in Argentina certified by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in accordance with the Maritime Labour Convention 2006, which came into force on August 20, 2013.

The company is led by Graciela Bidone, who oversees both local and international operations, supported by a dedicated team of specialists in recruitment and embarkation management for a wide range of cruise lines. Selection Partners is also famous in South America for being a hub for agencies from other countries to allow them to recruit in partnership.
