OneSpaWorld is a concessionaire for the cruise industry and operates the SPA on most major yachts and cruise ships. Their services include full trainings and certifications for anyone who expresses great interest in working in positions that provides services such as facials, manicures, massages, and acupuncture. Additionally, there is a demand for personal trainers and Medi-Spa physicians.

Once candidates successfully pass the interviews that also include performance reviews, they must commit to a 6-week training at the academy in their specific position. Upon completion and graduation, they will be transferred to a cruise ship with expenses paid to begin their first contract, that is determined at random from one of the 24 brands that the concessionaire represents.
